About the Chance
We're currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic General Hands to assist with a local charity event in Malua Bay.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a worthwhile community event while earning casual pay. You'll be assisting with event preparation, packing show bags, setting up marquees and equipment, and helping with pack-up once the event concludes. We're looking for team players who are happy to pitch in wherever required and enjoy working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you may be required to:
Fill and prepare show bags
Assist with setting up marquees, tables and event equipment
Help with event pack-up and site clean-up
Move and organise event supplies
Provide general labouring and event support as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work well within a team
A willingness to undertake a variety of manual tasks
Good communication skills
The ability to follow instructions and work safely
Reliability and punctuality
Requirements
No previous experience required
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Full Australian working rights
