WM Gardens Pty Ltd is a growing gardening and landscaping business delivering high-quality work across the Brisbane area. We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated gardener/labourer to join our team.
This is a casual position with consistent full-time hours (4-5days per week through winter period, constant 5days per week through summer), with strong opportunities to grow into leadership roles as the business expands.
Key responsibilities:
Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
Hedging, pruning, and detailed garden work
Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
Use of equipment including mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, etc.
Assisting with landscaping projects where required
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a similar role
Robust knowledge of tools and machinery (e.g. chainsaws, ride-on mowers, etc.)
Valid driver’s licence (required)
Experience driving with a trailer and ability to reverse a trailer (required)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
Confident and proactive with strong work ethic
Leadership potential and interest in growing within the business long-term
