About the role

Gormans Removals' is seeking a motivated and experienced Furniture Removalist to join our energetic team in Rockhampton, QLD. As a Furniture Removalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive transportation of our customers' belongings. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a leading provider of removalist services.

What you'll be doing
Carefully packing, loading, transporting, and unloading furniture and household items
Utilising proper techniques and equipment to safely move items of all sizes and weights
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of vehicles
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborating with the team to ensure productive and timely completion of removals

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Furniture Removalist or in a similar manual handling role
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high-quality service




Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
