We are looking for an experienced Funeral Director to run the day-to-day operations of Hall Funerals. If you're someone who thrives on helping people, enjoys building relationships within your community and wants an impactful career, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing:
guide families through funeral arrangements with empathy, professionalism and compassion
arrange and conduct meaningful funeral services
coordinate every aspect of funeral planning with exceptional attention to detail
build trusted relationships with local hospitals, aged care providers, churches, celebrants and community organisations
work closely with other staff to deliver seamless family experiences
contribute ideas that continually improve our service
represent Hall Funerals proudly within the community
help grow the business
We are looking for someone who has:
previous funeral industry experience
outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
exceptional organisational ability
strong attention to detail
a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed; • confidence making decisions and solving problems
a genuine passion for serving families
physical fitness suitable for the role
be the primary on-call contact for the branch.
