They are hiring for a sharp Engineering Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering teams delivering high-volume, transaction‑critical products, self‑service, mobile, and retail operations platforms. Requirements
A current Engineering Manager that has strong software engineering foundations with experience delivering production systems at scale
Previous leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or senior engineer owning delivery outcomes
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, CI/CD, and up-to-date engineering practices
Ability to lead technical discussions while communicating effectively with non‑technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced and evolving environments, navigating ambiguity and a start‑up up
Someone that commercially applying AI tooling in engineering workflows, CI/CD, delivery, and productivity improvements
Bonus Points
Retail or transaction‑heavy platform experience
Exposure to AI‑assisted development tooling or agentic engineering workflows
Experience leading distributed teams
