The Role
Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant gear (crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps).
Diagnose mechanical faults and execute rapid repairs to minimise downtime.
Handle precision fitting, alignments, and equipment installations.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Complete maintenance logs and collaborate with the team to improve plant reliability.
What You Bring
Cert III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter & Turner) or equivalent.
5+ years of fixed plant experience in mining, heavy industry, or quarries.
Solid fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
Valid manual Driver’s Licence (HR is highly regarded).
Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (issued within the last 2 years, or willing to obtain).
