Full-Time Front of House Team Member

Join the team at Caffe Spuntino! We're looking for a friendly, experienced and motivated Front of House Team Member to join our busy café on a full-time basis.

Hours

Monday to Friday 6:30am – 2:00pm

About the Role

As the face of our café, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Running food and drinks to customers
Keeping the café clean, organised and well-presented
Restocking displays and service areas
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Thrives in a busy, high-volume café environment




Can remain calm, organised and productive during busy rushes
Has previous café or hospitality experience
Can multitask and work quickly without compromising customer service
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Has excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers
Is a positive team player with a solid work ethic
