Restaurant Supervisor

Full time / Casual | Lucia | Roche Estate, Hunter Valley Lucia is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

About the role

· Lead shifts and supervise the front-of-house team

· Deliver warm, professional and attentive customer service

· Train, support and mentor team members

· Coordinate bookings, functions and large groups

· Maintain service, presentation and cleanliness standards

· Assist with opening and closing procedures

· Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

What you will bring

· Previous supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality venue

· Robust leadership and communication skills





· A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service

· Current NSW RSA certificate

· Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays

· A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced setting
