We are currently recruiting for multiple Pick Packer positions with a leading national food distribution operation based in Warnervale. This is an excellent prospect to secure ongoing work with a well-established and rapidly growing business supplying a diverse range of frozen, chilled and dry goods to customers across Australia.
Your Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) safely and efficiently
Plan, pick and cross-check orders to ensure accuracy
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation procedures
Return damaged or unsold stock to designated locations
Maintain a clean, protected and organised warehouse environment
Work across freezer, chiller and ambient areas as required
To Be Successful, You Must Have
Previous experience working in a freezer environment (essential)
Proven pick packing experience within a fast-paced warehouse
Experience using RF scanning and voice-picking systems
Current and demonstrated Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
Robust understanding of warehouse safety procedures
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A reliable, committed and positive work ethic
Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
