As a member of our Fruit & Vegetable team, you will play an key role in maintaining our high standards of freshness, quality, and presentation while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department.
About the Role
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Setting up the shop each morning.
Preparing fresh juices.
Cutting and preparing fruit platters and salads.
Cutting and wrapping fresh produce.
Rotating stock to ensure freshness.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and tidy cool room.
Assisting with general daily tasks within the Fruit & Vegetable department.
Working Hours:
4:00 am to 2:00 pm
5 days per week, including one weekend day (days to be discussed).

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience working in an Australian fruit and vegetable store (essential).
Strong knowledge of fresh produce.
Experience with stock rotation and maintaining product quality.
Excellent attention to cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to commence work at 4:00 am.
