We are seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner or Cabinet Making Tradesperson to join our Team and apply their expertise to the production of high-quality custom furniture.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret architectural and workshop drawings
Ability to calculate material and cutting lists
Construct jigs and fixtures as required
Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws and thicknessers
Program and operate CNC woodworking machinery, including flat-bed CNC machine
Select appropriate materials, fittings, and hardware
Assemble and finish furniture components to a high standard

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Trade Qualification or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant trade
A robust interest in furniture making and craftsmanship
Sound knowledge of timber materials, hardware, and construction methods
Positive mathematical and measuring skills




Strong communication and organisational abilities
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative when required
Excellent punctuality and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
A positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work
