Refresco is seeking a hands-on Production Leading Hand to join the Condell Park site in Australia. You will mentor the production team, drive line performance, ensure safety and quality, and support team development in a quick-paced beverage manufacturing setting.
You will lead by example on the production floor, coordinate operations across lines, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and WHS standards, including weekend rotations as required.
