Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Graduate of Architecture role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The role involves supporting the design and documentation of architectural projects, preparing drawings and presentations, and assisting in concept development under the guidance of Principal Architect. Day-to-day tasks include participating in design reviews, coordinating information across disciplines, and contributing to integration and solution-focused design outcomes.

The Graduate of Architecture will also help with research, meeting preparation,



and explicit communication with internal teams and external consultants as needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of design documentation.
An understanding of town planning and consultant coordination to support well-integrated and coordinated project outcomes.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture), with eligibility for or an intention to pursue architectural registration in the future.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software, including Revit, rendering software, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a studio workplace, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback.
Interest in Australian architectural practice, local context, and people-oriented practical design is highly beneficial.
