We're seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Front of House Team Member who enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace and understands that the little things make a big difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating a warm and memorable experience for every customer.
Taking orders and processing payments accurately.
Making basic coffees and supporting the bar during busy periods.
Delivering food and drinks with efficiency and care.
Keeping the café clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
Working closely with the kitchen and your teammates to deliver great service.
What We're Looking For
Previous café or hospitality experience is essential.
Basic coffee knowledge and confidence using an espresso machine.
Someone who is proactive, takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Calm under pressure and able to multitask during busy services.
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
Adaptable availability, including must be available on weekends.
