We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Nine’s Streaming & Broadcast division, supporting our Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and Marketing Director, Stan. This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become a trusted operational partner,



helping two executives navigate a quick‑paced environment while playing a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day rhythm of their teams. You'll sit at the centre of strategic conversations, major business initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration across one of Australia's most dynamic media organisations.

What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel and executive logistics.
Keep priorities on track and ensure your executives are prepared for key meetings and decisions.
Build trusted relationships across Strategy, Marketing and the broader Nine Group.
Support key projects and initiatives, helping teams stay connected and moving forward.
Identify smarter ways of working and embrace recent technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
Help foster a collaborative, positive and high‑performing team environment.
