Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution facility based in Geebung, QLD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and an immediate start. The initial assignment is expected to run for a minimum of 4 weeks, with the potential to be extended through to January 2027.

About the Role

Working within a busy warehouse setting, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through High Reach and Counterbalance forklift operation, order picking, stock movements, and general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
Loading and unloading trucks
Picking and packing customer orders
Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse




Stock replenishment and put-away duties
General warehouse and housekeeping duties
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift License
Previous High Reach forklift experience
Previous warehouse and distribution experience
Experience loading and unloading trucks
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to commit to the full assignment period
Full Australian working rights
