Are you an experienced event strategist with a passion for content creation and team leadership? This is an exciting chance to shape and lead a sophisticated national events program that delivers high-value governance content for a prestigious member-based organisation.

As the Manager, Event Programming, you’ll play a critical leadership role overseeing the design, content strategy, and execution of over 200 events annually. This includes premium signature events, national conferences, and state-based gatherings. You’ll manage and mentor a team of four content producers, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, policy releases, and member needs.

You'll collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, manage subject matter experts and committees, and bring an informed and strategic eye to event programming. Your ability to balance content development with operational scheduling will be key to delivering impactful, well-coordinated programs that resonate with a high-level membership audience.





Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of event content producers.
