We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a full-time permanent position.
Qualifications & Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have:
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification
Current working rights in Australia
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
Key Responsibilities
As an educator at Rainbow Cottage, you will:
Prepare and maintain engaging learning environments
Build positive relationships with children and their families
Supervise and actively engage with children throughout the day
Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development
Foster children's confidence, wellbeing and self-esteem through positive interactions
Maintain a safe, clean and healthy workplace
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Assist in planning and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the individual needs and interests of each child
