We're partnering with a well-established and respected commercial fitout & joinery contractor to recruit an Estimator who enjoys working on diverse projects and being part of a cooperative, high-performing team.

The Role:
You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders and quotations, working autonomously while managing projects end-to-end — from initial pricing and submission through to award and final handover.
Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial fitout and joinery projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documentation
Performing material take-offs,
labour and supplier pricing and subcontractor comparisons
Working closely with project managers, designers and production team
Identifying value engineering opportunities
About You: To succeed in this role you will bring a solid understanding of commercial fitout and/or custom joinery and cabinetry.
Previous experience estimating commercial fitouts, shopfitting or interiors
Experience pricing commercial fitout projects or joinery packages
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
