The role reports to the Superintendent and coordinates field staff to ensure compliance and effectiveness across all projects. You will bridge management and the field, developing quarterly goals and guiding your team to exceed client expectations.
You will lead Electrical Tradespeople and Apprentices, plan and assign work, and provide technical support while visiting sites to uphold quality. A focus on safety, budgets, and client relationships is essential.
