Genuine opportunity to build a successful long-term career in commercial real estate The Opportunity As a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent, you'll play a key role in generating recent business, managing campaigns and assisting clients through the sales and leasing process. This is a fast-paced role offering excellent earning potential, ongoing mentoring and genuine career progression.





Your Responsibilities - Conduct private inspections with prospective purchasers and tenants
Build relationships through business development, lead generation and canvassing
Manage and maintain the CRM and client database
Prepare listings, marketing material and sales documentation
Coordinate photography, property measurements and online advertising
Write engaging property advertisements for online campaigns
Liaise with conjunction agents and external stakeholders
Assist with marketing proposals, brochures, signage, email campaigns and digital marketing
Support the team throughout the end-to-end sales and leasing process What We're Looking For - Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A proactive, motivated attitude with a genuine passion for real estate
Experience in either residential or commercial real estate
