Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Commercial Property team in Ipswich
Handle complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
Advise on landlord and tenant issues, development sites and investment portfolios
Provide corporate support on property-related matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionals




Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
