Position: Full-Time Chef

About Us

Too Positive Cafe is a busy and well-established café in Campbelltown, known for serving high-quality breakfast, brunch, lunch, specialty coffee, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and help maintain our high food standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present café-style breakfast, brunch, lunch, and seasonal menu items.
Ensure all meals are prepared to a consistently high standard and served promptly.
Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage food preparation, storage, stock rotation, and minimise food wastage.
Order kitchen supplies and assist with stock control and inventory management.
Train and supervise kitchen staff where required.
Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Food Safety standards.




Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.

Skills & Qualifications
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (preferred).
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef.
Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, café, and modern Australian cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Working Hours
Full-time position (minimum 38 hours per week).
Includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, plus superannuation in accordance with Australian employment legislation.

Pay: $57,210.00 – $86,223.55 per year
