Harmony House Community Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant in West Footscray.

This is a consistent weekly shift, ideal for someone looking for regular casual work.

Shift Details
Every Saturday
3-hour shift
Casual ongoing position

Key Responsibilities
Support the participant with community access and social activities
Assist with daily living tasks as required
Deliver person-centred support while encouraging independence
Build a positive, respectful, and supportive relationship with the participant
Follow the participant's support plan and organisational policies

About You
Female support worker (participant preference)
Caring, reliable, and skilled




Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support

Essential Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (if applicable)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Australian working rights
Current ABN (required)
