About the role The Equipment Services Team Leader is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Services function while supporting team development, fleet presentation, and operational efficiency. This role balances leadership with hands‑on work, ensuring our vehicles are protected, compliant, and presented to a high standard for our customers.

Key responsibilities - Lead, coach and develop the Equipment Services team - Plan and prioritise daily workload with Rental Operations - Ensure all equipment is clean, compliant and ready for hire - Oversee dehire inspections, damage identification and reporting - Coordinate servicing, repairs and minor maintenance - Manage equipment movements, deliveries and transfers - Ensure systems and records (Autocheck) are accurate and up to date - Monitor yard presentation,
