About The Role We are seeking a driven lawyer for this hands-on role, offering exposure to a steady pipeline of transactional property and commercial matters.

You can expect to have carriage of a variety of matters including:
Commercial and retail leasing
Purchase and Sale of Business
Drafting commercial agreements and property documents
Wills and Probate matters
Property transactions including residential, off the plan and commercial sales and purchases
Subdivisions, easements, positive covenants, options agreements,
Joint venture and development agreements
Property due diligence
PPSR and caveats




Being responsible for client's matters start to finish

About You
A minimum 24 months PQE experience in property and commercial law
Working knowledge of Pexa and Leap (highly regarded)
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
Solid communication and client relationship skills
