Kitchen Hand – Union Place Hotel (Jannali)

Union Place Hotel is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to support our quick-paced kitchen crew in delivering high-quality traditional pub classics and Chicago-inspired Italian fare. Situated directly opposite Jannali train station, our popular venue thrives on exceptional food, speed, and a great culture. In this role, you’ll be an essential engine of our food operations—helping with basic food prep, managing the dishwashing station, maintaining peak kitchen hygiene, and ensuring our chefs have everything they need to smash peak service times.

What we’re looking for is a team player with a robust work ethic and high attention to detail.

While previous experience in a busy venue or commercial kitchen is a plus, a positive attitude, punctuality,



and a willingness to learn are what matter most. You’ll need the flexibility to work a diverse roster including evenings and weekends, along with the stamina to keep moving during busy rushes.
