Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Palm Beach Currumbin Sports Club is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a casual or part-time basis.
The role will include a mix of regular bistro service and catering for club functions and community events.
The Role
Minimum 25 hours per week
A mix of day, evening and weekend shifts
Preparing and cooking meals for bistro service
Preparing and catering for functions and events
Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
Completing food preparation and managing your section
Following food safety, cleaning and stock rotation procedures
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
About You
Qualified Chef with relevant commercial kitchen experience
Confident working across preparation and service
Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently during busy periods
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Available for a adaptable roster, including nights and weekends
Valuable knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
Current Australian working rights
Pay will be in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award and based on qualifications and experience. Please apply with your résumé and details of your current availability.
