This role provides end-to-end coordination and operational support across delivery, portfolio, and leadership activities within a agile and geographically dispersed setting. It is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning and facilitation of workshops, events, and team engagements, while enabling robust alignment across multiple workstreams. Acting as a central coordination point, the role supports effective communication, team rhythm, and delivery execution, working closely with Portfolio Managers and providing high-level executive support to the General Manager.

It plays a key role in preparing high-quality documentation, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring leadership is equipped with timely and relevant information. With a strong focus on operational excellence, the position maintains governance processes, improves ways of working, and supports team onboarding and administration. It also contributes to fostering a positive team culture and ensures compliance with organisational policies, including work health and safety.
