Cronulla Espresso Bar is looking for an experienced cook/sandwich hand with basic cookery skills to join our team 40 hours per week.

2 years experience required:
General knowledge of cooking, oven and grilling, meat, such as chicken, lamb, pork
Baking muffins & cakes, making protein balls
you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
ordering stock, accepting deliveries & stock rotation.
Positive organisational skills, able to lead a small kitchen
fluent english written and spoken
toasting sandwiches and wraps, making salads, soups, rice paper rolls etc
some washing dishes, cleaning equipment and surfaces, preparing ingredients like chopping fruit & vegetables, assembling sandwiches and breakfast items
