Support Worker (Casual) – Monarch Community Health Services PTY Ltd
Make a real difference in the life of a child and their family.
Monarch Community Health Services is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality care for a 2-year-old child in Dandenong.
This role requires experience with PEG feeding and a genuine passion for supporting children with complex care needs in a secure, nurturing, and family-centred workplace.
Location: Dandenong
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
Assist with PEG feeding and follow all care plans safely.
Support the child's daily routines and developmental needs.
Promote the child's comfort, wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
Build positive and respectful relationships with the child and their family.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience with PEG feeding (essential).
Experience supporting children with disabilities or complex care needs.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering quality care.
Reliable, skilled, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and available to work the required shifts.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.15 – $45.23 per hour
