Quality Progressive Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centred support for Aged People and/or with disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible at home and in the community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, personal care, transport, and participation in social and recreational activities.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $36 – $40 an hour

Schedule: Adaptable schedule available

Licence/Certification:
Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability (required)
First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
Working with Children Check (Employee)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance

Requirements:
Relevant experience in aged care, disability support and person-centred care




Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to maintain skilled boundaries and work as part of a team
