Responsibilities - Provide clinical care to residents.
Conduct comprehensive, individual assessments and develop care plans for current and existing residents.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN‑ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers to promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
Qualifications - Nursing Diploma.
Current AHPRA registration.
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
Empathy and the ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors.
Experience working in an aged care home.
