Job Title: Clinical Specialist – Joint Reconstruction (Perth, Western Australia) Job Function: Customer Management – Technical Field Service Job Summary We are looking for a solution‑focused and results‑oriented Clinical Specialist to support surgical procedures across our Hip & Knee portfolios in Perth, working with the Joint Reconstruction team.

Responsibilities - Provide in‑theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Deliver in‑servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
Build solid relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff, and pass on leads to the Sales Team.
Collaborate with Sales teams to drive product adoption, support product roll‑outs, demos, and evaluations.
Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training and drive clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications - Tertiary qualification in a health‑related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic, etc.).
Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.




Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Self‑starter, results driven, solutions focused.
Autonomous, team player, well organized with good time‑management skills.

Requirements - All applicants must have the right to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid Driver Licence.
Frequent travel to hospitals within Perth Metro required.
