The Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you'll work closely with the national distribution team and play a key role in helping advisers access resources, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring the team operates efficiently.

This is a highly varied position combining relationship management, event coordination, client engagement, administration and business development support.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with financial advisers
Coordinate adviser meetings and manage team diaries
Prepare presentations, briefing packs and client communications
Assist with platform reporting and data analysis
Support Business Development Managers with key account activities

This prospect would suit someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to establish themselves within financial services.

Ideal Skills & Experience




2 years' experience in an office, client service or administration role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
RG146 is ideal
