We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.

About the role

As a Bartender at Shangri-La Sydney, you will play a key role in delivering a vibrant and engaging bar experience for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining outstanding service standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the venue.

Key responsibilities include
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest luxury hotel standards
Deliver warm, professional, and personalised guest service while maintaining solid product knowledge
Ensure consistency in cocktail preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and overall bar operations
Maintain stock control, beverage cost management, and accurate POS operation in line with hotel procedures
Uphold RSA, HACCP, ISO 22000,



and hygiene standards while contributing creative cocktail ideas and seasonal offerings

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous bartending experience within a fast-paced, high-volume, or premium hospitality environment
Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge with a passion for mixology
A creative approach and flair for delivering memorable beverage experiences
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
