About the Role
As the Clinical Director,
you will play a key role in clinical leadership and service delivery, mentoring clinicians, upholding standards and contributing to the practice’s success while managing your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to the psychology team
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including ASD, ADHD and psychoeducational assessments
Maintain evidence‑based clinical practice at the highest standard
Support professional development of clinicians through supervision and guidance
Contribute to the practice’s strategic growth and directionFoster a positive, collaborative, high‑performing team culture
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
