Doncaster East Daycare and Kindergarten is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team.

We are a small, family-owned service that has recently undergone an extensive renovation and expansion, providing beautiful learning environments for children and educators alike. Our experienced, long-term team is committed to providing high-quality education and care, while fostering a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.

About You

You will
Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be currently enrolled in a recognised qualification (applications from those new to the sector are welcome).
Be eager to develop your knowledge of early childhood education, child development and contemporary pedagogy.
Value respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, a strong work ethic and a positive, "can do" attitude.
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a professional team.




Be committed to ongoing qualified learning and actively contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement journey.
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications, Child Safety and Food Safety training.

Applicants must be available to work a variety of early, middle and late shifts across our operating hours of 7.00 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
