We are actively seeking a full time Client Services Manager to join our team in Canberra
If you have experience in supporting teams, working through the processes of the NDIA, like a fast pace full time role this could be perfect for you.
The Role The Client Services Manager will play a key role in coordinating client supports, maintaining robust stakeholder relationships and ensuring services are delivered smoothly within NDIS funding arrangements.
Coordinate client supports and oversee administrative staff
Build and maintain effective communication with clients, families, support networks, staff, providers and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records, reports, client interaction notes, service agreements and database information.
Support financial administration, including quotes, invoicing, billing, payroll documentation and internal financial records.
Attend face to face interviews with prospective clients for onboarding purposes.
Attend stakeholder meetings where appropriate
Develop relationships with stakeholders in the community
Support service growth, collect feedback, assist with complaint resolution and complete other reasonable duties as required by the Directors.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years experience working in the NDIA arena
· Experience in managing complex clients and working with multidisciplinary teams
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work with excel and a close attention to detail
· Strong financial understandings and ability to problem solve.
