Your new role
Working within a energetic team of contract administrators, project managers and coordinators, you will support commercial management to ensure projects finish on time and on budget.
Prepare procurement documentation for subcontracts
Communicate and participate in subcontractor meetings and updates
Purchase orders, claims, forecasts, file management, cost and budgets
Manage contracts and variations
Support programming, risk management, and performance monitoring with the Site Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in contract administration within commercial buildings. Must have experience as a main builder
A Construction Management qualification is an advantage.
1+ years working on projects $2M+
