Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to step into a stable role with a leading Australian brand in the bathroom and tiling industry?

We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's busy distribution centre team in Kemps Creek.

The Role & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound phone and email enquiries regarding product specs, order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Operations Support: Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve customer issues, track orders, and perform occasional physical stock checks.
Data Management: Maintain accurate order records and customer profiles using CRM software and MS Excel.

What We're Looking For




3–5 years of customer service experience (background in building supplies, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, or tiling is highly advantageous).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on quick, effective problem-solving.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM or ERP software.
Reliable transport required to get to Kemps Creek daily.
MUST be a permanent resident to be considered
