About the opportunity

Centrally located in West Perth, we currently have an prospect for an entry level Client Services Administrator (CSA) to join our team.

To be successful in this role your will have a mature attitude, excellent written and verbal English, excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently, have a dedicated work ethic, be reliable and self-driven.

Experience in an accounting or administrative role is not essential, as training will be provided.

Salary will be based on the above award levels for the age of the successful candidate.

As the CSA you will be responsible for providing efficient and diverse administrative support to a team of accountants.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Use MYOB Accountants Enterprise (MYOB AE) to maintain our client data




Raising invoices within the MYOB AE software solution
Printing reports out of MYOB AE as required
Dealing with the ATO in all aspects to assist our clients and accountants
Using BGL360
Set up Trusts
Apply for new ABN/TFN/GST
MYOB Job Manger
ATOmate document control and daily mail
Collation of client information and sending via MYOB secure portal or post
Maintain team diary via Outlook
Reception cover
Ad-Hoc administration duties as requested to maintain a smooth flowing office
