Bra Fitter / Retail SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bra Fitter / Retail Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping women feel confident, comfortable, and supported through expert fitting services and exceptional customer care.

As a Bra Fitter, you will provide personalised fitting consultations, recommend suitable products, and create a welcoming shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships.

Hours: Approximately 2 days per week, with days negotiable. Availability to work Saturdays is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional bra fittings and provide expert product recommendations.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Assist customers in selecting lingerie and related products.
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
Build strong product knowledge and stay informed about current collections and fitting techniques.
Contribute to achieving store sales targets and team goals.

What We're Looking For
Essential: Experience in stock management.
Previous retail,



customer service, or lingerie fitting experience is preferred but not essential.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence working one-on-one with customers in a fitting environment.
A genuine passion for helping people feel their best.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
