Key Responsibilities: Project managing a range of SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns that generate real growth for EmpireOne members.





Owning the client relationship end-to-end - from onboarding and strategy to execution and reporting.

Partnering with world-class digital experts across paid, content, and performance strategy.

Managing budgets, tracking performance, and continuously optimising for results.

Keeping clients informed, engaged, and excited about the numbers you're delivering.

What we're looking for: 3+ years in a digital agency account management role.

Solid understanding of SEO and/or SEM principles and tools.

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills - you can hold your own with busy business owners.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, no-handholding environment.
