The Chance

You’ll be working onsite within a beautiful, high-end apartment building, supported by an experienced property management and administration team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, leasing success, and being part of a professional community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct apartment inspections and convert enquiries into leases
Build solid relationships with prospective residents
Support leasing campaigns and occupancy targets
Manage leasing enquiries across phone, email, and walk-ins




Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Deliver an exceptional resident experience from first enquiry to move-in

What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate, property, leasing, sales, or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
CurrentAgent’s Representative Certificate
Minimum 4 years real estate experience
