City FM Australia is seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Supervisor for a permanent full-time role. In this hands‑on leadership position, you will manage cleaning services across multiple Early Learning Centres, overseeing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring compliance with high standards, and driving operational excellence through audits and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cleaning services across 57 Early Learning Centres across Queensland Metro/East region, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications
Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards and identify improvements
Achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets
Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders




Train and onboard recent team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S;
Ensure compliance with OH&S; requirements and company policies

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience
Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) – of benefit but not essential.
Strong customer service and team management skills
Problem-solving, analytical, and project management expertise
Full driver’s licence (essential)
Valid working rights in Australia
Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Blue Card
