MNA Construction is seeking a versatile Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will be the central hub of our operations, managing residential projects from client inquiry and showroom selection through to site handovers and trade coordination. Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Quoting: Prepare accurate construction cost estimates and manage client inquiries and quotes.

Procurement & Coordination: Oversee material procurement from suppliers and schedule/coordinate site sub-contractors and various trades.

Client & Showroom: Manage showroom consultations, assist clients with material selection, and handle daily inbound/outbound stakeholder communication.

Project Admin: Manage all critical paperwork, contracts, council approvals,



and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous work experience in the construction sector is highly preferred (Minimum 1 year required for visa purposes).

Education: A qualification in Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.

Languages: Bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous to communicate with our diverse client and supplier network.

Competencies: Robust organizational skills, commercial acumen in quoting, and ability to multitask.
