We're currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join a leading national food distribution company within their busy Dry Goods operation. This is an ongoing opportunity offering full-time hours, consistent work, and the chance to join a fast-paced warehouse environment where your experience is valued.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and assembling grocery products using voice technology while helping keep one of Australia's largest supply chains moving.

What's on offer?
Ongoing casual role with full time hours
8–12 hour shifts available
Monday to Friday roster with occasional Saturdays
Staggered start times between 5:00 am and 9:00 am

What you'll be doing
Voice picking within a busy dry goods warehouse
Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks
Building and shrink-wrapping pallets




Manual handling of products up to 22kg
Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
Handling packaged grocery, alcohol and tobacco products
Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

What we're looking for
Previous voice picking experience (essential)
Ride-on electric pallet jack experience (essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
Flexibility to work varying start times between 5:00 am and 9:00 am
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
