We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team at our bustling drive-thru cafe. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. This can be a full-time or part time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, efficiently and accurately.
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe and drive-thru area, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Uphold company policies and procedures,



including health and safety regulations.

Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Casual Pay: $16.04 – $32.06 per hour
