Unexpected Guest Distillery is looking for a customer focused, creative and passionate Bar Supervisor for our distillery door/ bar and events.

You’ll be the face and voice of Unexpected Guest, your mission is to create a memorable, positive and fun experience at our distillery bar / cellar door / events. You love hospitality and have at least two years previous experience in a similar role. You are welcoming and genuinely love getting creative behind the bar. You are at ease to confidently and enthusiastically share your knowledge about our award-winning spirits and how to best enjoy them.

This is a casual position, primarily Friday (2pm-9pm) and Saturday (12pm-8pm). Hours differ on a Saturday dependant on in-house Masterclasses and event book outs.

You'll fit right in if you




Have solid experience running a bar;
Know how to manage a high-pressure rush without losing the room's atmosphere;
Have genuine knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and the ability to add flair and quickness;
Are ready to take real ownership of a space, with the confidence to run it your way while staying aligned with brand;
Bring a welcoming presence and hospitality instinct, not just operational skill;
Are excited by the idea of showcasing the spirits that are made here.

Pay: $39.15 – $57.67 per hour
